With a strong focus on seasonality, sustainability and the finest locally sourced produce, they are now seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join their passionate kitchen team and play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
- Playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading, motivating and mentoring junior chefs
- Showcasing creativity by contributing to menus that celebrate fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Managing stock, ordering, food costs and supplier relationships effectively
- Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality remain at the highest standard
