Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Background or qualification in electronics, engineering, or a technical discipline (college-level or higher).

Comfortable working in both workshop and field environments, often autonomously.
-
Basic understanding of electronics, wiring, and assembly procedures.
-
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
-
Full UK driving licence required.
-
Interest in environmental monitoring, sustainability, or IoT systems is advantageous.
What’s on Offer:
-
Salary up to £34,000, depending on experience.
-
Company van and equipment provided for field-based work.
-
Comprehensive hands-on training in environmental technology and IoT systems.
-
Career development opportunities within a scaling and innovative organisation.
-
A collaborative and supportive team environment with regular team events and field days.
