Assistant Restaurant Manager – Brand New Opening Gourmet Chicken Burger Restaurant

We’re so excited to be partnering with an independent restaurant brand known for quality food, great service and a lively dining atmosphere. Following the success of their first site, they are opening in Bristol and are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help drive the launch and support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be at the heart of the action, supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading the team and ensuring guests enjoy a fantastic experience from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where you will develop your leadership skills while helping to grow a thriving new restaurant.

• £28,000 per annum plus service charge

Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager…

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations
• Leading by example with excellent customer service on the floor
• Assisting with training, mentoring, and rota management for the team
• Taking full responsibility in the Manager’s absence
• Contributing ideas to improve service, efficiency, and sales

You’ll be a great fit if you…

• Have previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a busy, quality-led environment
• Are a natural people person with strong leadership skills
• Are passionate about food, service, and creating a welcoming guest experience
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods
