We represent the investors and founders of a front-runner in water flow analytics and leak detection. We are searching for an experienced Non-Executive Director.

This scale-up is redefining water management by leveraging real-time data to mitigate loss and optimize usage, saving water and reducing costs.

Their customers range from private & public property professionals, building technology providers, facility managers and insurances … but also large “utilities” who seek to diversify their portfolio.

The ideal candidate will offer assertiveness paired with reflective judgment to drive forward-thinking solutions in water efficiency.

Your qualifications

• Comprehensive experience as a Non Executive coupled with prior CxO roles.
• Experience of scaling businesses and navigating through risks and opportunities.
• Strategic Sagacity: Proficiency in governance, with a broad, strategic 'helicopter view' approach to decision-making, leadership, and finance.
• Sector Savvy: Insight into water distribution and related challenges is highly advantageous. B2B sales with lengthy cycles, partnership cultivation, and B2B2C models.
• Technological Insight as a plus: Experience with IoT (hardware, smart metering, home automation & building systems).
• Diversity Champion: A history of active investment and a strong commitment to diversity in leadership roles.
• Global Perspective: International entrepreneurial experience with a nuanced understanding of team dynamics and governance challenges.
