Position Summary:

DISA Global Solutions is looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams. This role requires a people-focused operations leader who can balance service delivery, process discipline, client expectations and employee development within a high-volume environment.

Essential Functions:

• Managing end-to-end operations
• Driving SLA, turnaround time, productivity, quality, and accuracy
• Leading Team Leaders and frontline operations teams
• Reviewing performance metrics and implementing corrective action plans
• Managing escalations and ensuring timely resolution
• Strengthening process controls, compliance, and audit readiness
• Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Coaching managers and team members to build performance and capability.
• Creating an accountable, collaborative, and engaging team culture
• Partnering with cross-functional and global stakeholder
