ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Office Floater provides administrative and clerical support to various City departments as needed, assists with daily office operations, and fills in during absences. The Office Floater performs clerical duties, including filing, data entry, copying, answering telephones, greeting visitors, and responding to general inquiries. The Office Floater also prepares correspondence, reports, and other office documents, assists with scheduling, and performs other related duties as assigned.

 

ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: High school diploma or GED; General office experience preferred; Must possess basic computer skills, organizational abilities, and the flexibility to work in different departments
