Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager on the Ad Experience team in our Tel Aviv Office, you’ll play a vital role in owning the end-to-end ad creation, management, and workflow experiences used by thousands of advertisers daily across our UI, API, and AI agents. You will define the strategy and roadmap for our global ad formats portfolio, ensuring every feature drives real business adoption and high performance across premium publishers.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, owning complex B2B platform workflows from concept to GA with measurable business impact.
• Hands-on experience in ad-tech or mar-tech platforms, ad formats, or creative tools serving performance advertisers.
• Proven track record of defining product strategy based on competitive analysis and driving adoption of existing products by eliminating user friction.
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on APIs, data models, backwards compatibility, and platform constraints at scale.
• Demonstrated experience designing and analyzing large-scale A/B tests to optimize performance and convert insights into actionable decisions.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with creative/ad-creation tools on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, or programmatic DSPs, or experience building GenAI/AI-agent products.
• Experience with content-marketing, advertorial, or landing-page products, or familiarity with display, video (VAST), and native ad standards.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Own the ad formats strategy by defining the portfolio roadmap, conducting competitive analyses, and determining investment, optimization, or sunsetting of formats based on data.
• Optimize existing ad formats and advertorial products through large-scale A/B testing, partnering with Algo and Bidding teams to maximize engagement, conversion, and rendering quality.
• Lead the end-to-end ad creation and management experience across UI, API, and agent workflows—including Creative Library, cropping, previews, and bulk operations tailored to client tiers.
• Drive global advertiser adoption for launched formats and creative features by identifying friction points, removing barriers, and tracking performance through real usage and spend metrics.
• Execute complex platform migrations and updates across millions of live creatives safely at scale while maintaining compliance in close collaboration with Ad Quality teams.
• Act as the internal and external product evangelist, partnering with Product Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to enable field teams and engage key advertisers.
