Job Description Summary

As HBM Production Operator at Micron Technology, Inc. ,is responsible for performing manufacturing operations, equipment handling, and product loading/unloading in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth production flow. The role involves monitoring equipment performance, conducting quality inspections, maintaining accurate production records, and promptly reporting and supporting the resolution of abnormal conditions. Production Operators must adhere to EHS, safety, and cleanroom requirements while collaborating closely with engineers, technicians, and supervisors to continuously improve productivity, quality, and overall manufacturing performance

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform production activities according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Load and unload materials, wafers, FOUPs, or products safely and accurately.
• Monitor equipment status and production progress to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Perform routine quality checks and report any abnormal conditions promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records and support shift-to-shift communication.

•Follow all EHS, cleanroom, and quality requirements.

• Support continuous improvement activities related to productivity, quality, cycle time, and safety.

Requirement:

• Education: High school diploma or above.

• Willingness to work in a 12-hour shiftenvironment

•AI in Job Responsibilities:

•Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.

•Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

AI in Job Requirements:

•Baseline digital fluency, with the ability to use AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, or operational tasks relevant to the role.
