JOB DESCRIPTION

• Position Title: CMP Production Technician (Finishing)

• Job Description:

There are exciting opportunities for "Production Technician" in CMP business, located in Cheonan, Korea.

Key Responsibilities:

•     Work in a safe manner in accordance with facility and site EH&S policies

•      Ensure operation and documentation is done with high quality aiming to ensure needs of the business

•     Perform routine operation with developed operating discipline and procedure

•     Provide support in process set up, simple maintenance, and troubleshooting

•     Performs and track basic routine process control plan developed in process area

•     Understand the characteristic of CMP industry and product that this roll handle routinely

•     Participate in technical training to attain on-the-job proficiency

•     Participate in good housekeeping practices

•      Support continuous improvement and workplace 5S programs aimed at improving safety, quality, and operational productivity

•      Identify, monitor, and communicate safety and quality concerns or deviations during in-process manufacturing operations

Required Qualifications:

•     This position requires precise documentation and record keeping. All work will be documented in electronic laboratory notebooks, electronic systems, as well as in technical reports. In addition, formal procedures may also be written as Standard Operating Procedures test methods.

•     Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel, and have the ability to learn new systems quickly.

•     Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•     Good interpersonal skills are required.

•     Must have strong multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills.

•     Strong time management, accountability, and shift handover skills.

•      Ability to work safely in a cleanroom environment, including PPE use, prolonged standing, and repetitive tasks.

•      Commitment to safety and proactive intervention when unsafe behaviors or conditions are observed.

•      Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new procedures, inspection standards, and system change.

•      Flexibility to support and learn other process areas as business needs evolve.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronic materials, chemical processes, quality inspection, or cleanroom environments

• Experience in visual inspection, dimensional measurement, defect identification, or quality data recording

• Experience with SAP or similar electronic systems

• Experience in shift work or on-site roles requiring handover

• Experience with continuous improvement and OpEx programs

Work Schedule:

• Work schedule: 12-hour day shift, 3 days on / 3 days off

• The work schedule is subject to change depending on business circumstances

• i.e., day/night shift (24/7 operation)

•           업무 수행 시 취급하는 특정 화학 물질들의 특성을 정확히 이해

•           CMP 제조 업무 수행을 위해 필요한 생산 공정, 안전 기술 등에 참여

•           공정 업무지역에 대한 주기적인 청결 상태 유지

•           안전, 품질, 생산성 향상을 위한 개선 활동 및 현장 5S 활동 참여

•           공정 진행간(in-process) 안전/품질적 특이사항을 확인 및 공유

필요한 요구사항:

•           정확한 문서작성 및 업무 전산 기록에 대한 수행 능력이 필요합니다. 일상적인 업무 자료, 기술 자료, 정해진 표준 공정운전 절차 등 모든 업무 관련 문서는 문서화 되어 전산 시스템을 통해 관리되고 있습니다.

•           숙달된 Microsoft Application, 즉 엑셀, 워드에 대한 사용 및 이해 능력이 필요 합니다

•           상당한 문서 및 구두 의사소통 능력이 필요합니다.

•           팀웍을 위한 대인 관계 커뮤니케이션 관리 능력이 필요합니다.

•           여러가지 업무에 대한 동시 수행 능력과 문제 해결 능력, 그리고 시간 관리 능력이 요구됩니다.

• 교대근무 환경에서의 책임감 있는 시간 관리 및 인수인계 능력

• 클린룸, PPE 착용, 장시간 Standing work 및 반복적인 업무가 포함된 제조 현장 환경에 대한 이해와 안전한 작업 수행 능력

• 안전 수칙을 준수하고, 본인 또는 동료의 안전하지 않은 행동이나 이상 상황 발견 시 적극적으로 개입하는 태도

• 새로운 작업 절차, 검사 기준, 시스템 변경 사항을 빠르게 배우고 적용하는 학습 능력

• 비즈니스 필요에 따라 다른 공정의 업무 지원이나 학습에 유연하게 참여하는 태도

우대 요건:

• 제조업, 반도체, 전자재료 또는 클린룸 근무 경험

• SAP 또는 유사 전산 시스템 사용 경험

• 교대근무 또는 인수인계가 필요한 현장 근무 경험

• OpEx 참여 경험

근무 형태:

• 근무 형태: 3근 3휴, 주간 12시간 근무

• 근무 형태는 차후 회사 사정에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다

• 예, 주간/야간 교대 근무 (24/7 operation)

*1년간 계약직 성과평가 이후 정규직 전환 검토됩니다.
