Loan Servicing Representative

Wells Fargo is seeking a Loan Servicing Representative.

Working within Wells Fargo's Global Operations organization, you will collaborate with partners across the business, contribute to process improvements, and help create a seamless experience for customers. Based on the COO and Global Operations description, the role supports operational excellence, efficient service delivery, risk management, and customer-centric outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Support loan servicing processes by completing moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support activities.
• Review, research, calculate, and submit moderately complex mortgage claims accurately and within established procedures.
• Respond to written and phone inquiries from customers, title companies, vendors, and internal partners regarding loans and servicing activities.
• Use relevant information and independent judgment to review and file claims in accordance with federal, state, client, and company requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve loan servicing processes and recommend practical solutions.
• Work with agencies, investors, insurers, internal teams, and customers to resolve servicing-related questions.
• Receive direction from supervisors and escalate non-routine or complex matters to experienced team members.
• Share process knowledge and support less experienced colleagues when needed.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience reviewing, researching, and resolving loan servicing transactions or customer inquiries.
• Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and recommend solutions within established processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with customers, vendors, and business partners.
