Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior AML Consultant for a consultancy mission at a client site. The primary objective is to conduct a comprehensive gap analysis between the existing AML/CFT legal and regulatory framework and the requirements of the AML Package, as well as the client's internal guidelines. You will also support the implementation of identified remediation actions to ensure full compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive gap analysis of AML/CFT frameworks.
- Support the implementation of remediation actions for compliance.
- Work autonomously on complex files while coordinating with key stakeholders.
- Utilize strong analytical, drafting, and documentation skills.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Legal and compliance knowledge with financial institutions.
- Experience in the bank/insurance sector.
- Experience in analyzing EU & BE legislation in the context of AML/CFT.
- Strong experience in AML/CFT.
- Project Management experience.
- Experience in financial services or insurance.
- Investigations and suspicious activity assessment experience.
