- QA & Bug Resolution: Manage development tracking and ticketing systems to perform testing, debug code, and resolve performance issues.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation of design features, system specifications, and code repositories.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with internal engineering teams, manufacturing, sales, and supply chain vendors to align control capabilities with customer needs.
- Hardware & Schematics Literacy: Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and simple circuit designs to support hardware-software integration.
- Operational Support: Work with minimal supervision in both hands-on and virtual environments, performing other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Education & Experience
- Education: Minimum 2-year technical degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering Technology, Software Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Industry Context: Prior experience working within a manufacturing or industrial equipment environment is beneficial.
Technical Proficiencies
