Are you passionate about photography, guest service, and leading a team? Top of the Rock is seeking a Photo Team Lead to oversee daily photo operations at the Ozarks Heritage Preserve, helping guests capture unforgettable memories while delivering exceptional service.
As the Photo Team Lead, you'll lead a team of photographers, support daily operations, coach team members, and create memorable guest experiences at one of the region's most unique attractions.

About Ozarks Heritage Preserve
The Ozarks Heritage Preserve includes the Lost Canyon Cave Trail and the Ancient Ozarks Natural History Museum. Guests explore breathtaking natural landscapes, caves, wildlife, and one of the nation's largest private collections of Native American artifacts, all while experiencing the rich history and culture of the Ozarks.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and support the daily activities of the photography team
- Create memorable photo experiences for guests
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily operational needs
- Ensure photo stations and equipment are organized and ready for use
- Maintain high standards of guest service and professionalism
- Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to support business goals
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback
What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Photography, sales, or guest experience background preferred
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop others
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule with open availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
