We're GrowthSchool. And we built Outskill.
GrowthSchool started with one belief: you learn a skill fastest from the person actually doing it. So we partnered with the top 1% of instructors to build high-impact, cohort-based courses in personal and professional growth for learners around the world and used AI to make that learning personal at a scale a classroom never could.
Then AI changed what "upskilling" even means. Roles started getting rewritten faster than curriculums could keep up, and the real divide stopped being skilled versus unskilled. It became AI-ready versus not.

What that actually feels like day to day: we're 300+ people, backed by Sequoia, moving at a speed that surprises most people who join us. Products ship in weeks, not quarters. There's no thick layer of process between an idea and it going live. You'll own things visibly bigger than your title. Some experiments will fail publicly, and we'll talk about them openly on Monday.

Why this role exists
We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and problem-solving individual to join our CRM team (Growth & Retention). This role is an opportunity to understand how startups operate, how businesses acquire and retain customers, and how data can be used to make better decisions.
You don’t need prior CRM experience or expertise in marketing tools. What matters most is how you approach a problem, ask questions, break it down, and think of possible solutions.
What you’ll Do
Understand Customers & Analyse Data
- Understand customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Analyse customer data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
- Explore customer cohorts and segments to understand how different groups behave over time.
Plan & Execute Campaigns
- Assist in planning and executing customer communication campaigns across channels such as push notifications, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Track campaign performance and learn how to connect marketing efforts with business metrics.
Collaborate & Innovate
- Work with the team to brainstorm, test, and evaluate ideas that improve business outcomes.
- Ask questions, challenge assumptions, and bring fresh perspectives to business problems.
What we are looking for
- CRM Associate: Fresher / 0–1 years of experience.
Must Have Experience
- Strong problem-solving skills: You enjoy breaking down problems, exploring possibilities, and arriving at logical solutions.
- Curiosity: You ask questions to understand why something happens, not just what happens.
- Structured thinking: You can organise your thoughts and explain your approach clearly.
- Analytical mindset: You should be comfortable learning to work with data (basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is a plus).
- Interest in startups: You’re curious about how businesses grow, acquire customers, improve retention, and make decisions with limited resources.
- Willingness to learn: You’re open to experimentation, feedback, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Good-to-Have (Not Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with customer cohorts, customer segmentation, or retention metrics.
- An understanding of how startups or consumer businesses operate.
- Experience with college projects, internships, or personal projects involving data analysis or problem-solving.
- You don’t need to know CRM tools or have prior marketing experience to apply.
