- Establish governance and executive reporting, manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, and own financial forecasting, budget control, resource utilisation and change control.
- Lead, coach and mentor project managers and delivery managers, and promote delivery excellence and continuous improvement across the wider delivery organisation.
Required Qualifications:
- Significant experience delivering complex technology-enabled transformation projects within UK Government or the wider Public Sector.
- Experience leading large-scale software implementation or digital transformation projects with multiple delivery teams and suppliers, including teams of 30–100+ professionals.
- Experience managing project governance, planning, financials, budgets, forecasting, change control and executive reporting.
- Experience engaging senior customer stakeholders and managing dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering Salesforce implementations or other enterprise cloud platform, CRM, case management or customer service transformation programmes.
- Experience delivering through systems integrators, partners and multi-supplier environments.
- Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, and a project management certification such as PRINCE2, Project Management Professional (PMP), AgilePM, Scrum Master or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Experience supporting major government digital transformation initiatives.
