As a Keeper, your mission is to be the heartbeat of Drexel’s culture, keeping our core values alive and thriving across every location. • Launch and manage team member surveys (Top Workplace, Pulse Surveys) to measure engagement and build actionable growth plans.
• Uphold accountability to Drexel’s Mission, Core Values, and the Drexel Commitment.
• Lead recognition programs (Drexel Shareholder Award, Team Member Giveaways, Leader/Peer recognitions) to celebrate moments that matter.
• Deliver a warm, high-impact onboarding experience through Supply Happiness University (SHU).
• Serve as the primary People & Talent contact for frontline team member needs, conducting root-cause problem-solving and retention strategies.
• Facilitate case studies, workplace investigations, and leadership coaching conversations as needed.
• Champion a proactive culture of safety and wellness across all locations.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims and lead post-incident conversations with team members and leaders.
• Ensure company compliance across DOT, MVR, and OSHA standards.

• Deep passion for company culture, team engagement, and people-first leadership.
• Strong relational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to conduct empathetic, confidential investigations and coaching conversations.
• Resourceful, organized, and proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety compliance, including OSHA, DOT, MVR, and Workers' Compensation.
• Ability to balance warm frontline support with professional accountability.
• Be team-focused and able to fill gaps to ensure overall team success.
