HIRING: Full-time Apartment (Multifamily) Maintenance Technician
SCHEDULE: 8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday, On-call once every 3 weeks ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs paid for call outs)
COMPENSATION: $22-24 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750

Responsibilities:
-Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
-Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
-Exterior structural maintenance as needed
-Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
-Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred
-6+ months experience in apartment maintenance
-Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
-Plumbing and electrical required
-EPA Universal certification and HVAC repair experience a plus
-CPO Certification a plus
-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
-Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)

- On-Call bonus of $100 and minimum 1.5 hours of paid time
- Quarterly bonuses up to $750, that's $3,000 a year!
