IS THIS YOU?
• You're a clear, warm communicator who keeps guests informed and calm in a fast-moving express environment -- you set accurate expectations, follow through on every commitment, and guests leave feeling taken care of, not processed
• You thrive when the pace is high -- express lane work rewards advisors who stay organized under pressure, manage multiple write-ups simultaneously, and never let a guest wait without an update
WHO WE ARE
Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. That's why we've grown to 40+ rooftops across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii while maintaining a culture built on one simple idea: do right by people, every time.
Swickard Toyota in Edmonds runs a high-volume express lane serving a loyal, family-oriented Snohomish County community. The Express Service Advisor is the guest's primary point of contact for every maintenance visit -- write-up through vehicle return -- in a fast-paced, throughput-driven environment where the guest experience is set in the first 60 seconds of every interaction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Write up express service guests quickly and accurately -- capturing vehicle concerns, mileage, and service history and setting clear expectations for wait time and service scope
• Communicate multi-point inspection results to guests clearly and honestly -- presenting additional service recommendations without pressure
• Manage a high-volume write-up queue and keep guests informed on status throughout their visit
• Coordinate with express technicians to keep lane throughput moving efficiently and on schedule
• Handle guest questions, concerns, and minor escalations with composure and a solution-first approach
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS throughout every transaction
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Guest-facing service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred -- prior service advisor or automotive experience a strong plus
• Clear, calm communicator who stays organized and composed when the lane is busy
• Self-directed with strong attention to detail -- accurate write-ups and realistic wait time commitments are non-negotiable in express
• Comfortable with DMS platforms or quick to learn them
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
WHAT WE OFFER
• $20 - $25/hr
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options
• Paid time off and paid holidays
• Clear career path -- strong express advisors grow into full service advisor roles at Swickard
• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts
WHY SWICKARD TOYOTA
• High express lane volume means you develop advisor skills faster here than at a low-traffic store -- the pace builds capability quickly for advisors who want to grow into a full service advisor career
• Toyota's loyal Snohomish County ownership community returns on schedule, refers their neighbors, and rewards the advisor who communicates honestly and follows through
• Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry
• Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- define how every guest interaction is handled, express lane included
