Role Summary
The URBN Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides high-volume administrative support for URBN’s early career recruitment initiatives during a key hiring season. Reporting to the Assistant Recruiter – Early Careers, this role acts as the operational backbone for our internship and Drexel Co-op hiring cycles.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented coordinator who excels at logistical coordination, complex scheduling, and administrative execution to support seamless and high-touch candidate scheduling on behalf of the URBN internship program and the Drexel Co-op program.
This role will take place from November 9, 2026 through December 18, 2026.
Full availability throughout the duration of the term is preferred.
Role Responsibilities
- Interview Scheduling & Logistics: Manage heavy, complex calendar coordination for virtual co-op and intern candidate interviews.
- Materials Preparation: Print, organize, and assemble candidate resume folders for interview days.
- Evaluation & File Management: Create and maintain candidate evaluation forms and tracking folders in Google Drive, ensuring prompt delivery and communication to hiring managers.
- Team & Space Support: Provide operational support to Early Careers team, including hands-on organization and cleanup of recruitment storage and materials spaces.
Role Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative operations.
- Organizational Mastery: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complex scheduling, printed materials. Comfortable with high-volume, administrative execution and managing multiple calendars.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms).
- Adaptability: A flexible team player willing to tackle diverse administrative tasks and step in wherever priority support is needed.
- Work Style: High comfort level with heads-down, high-volume administrative work; someone who genuinely enjoys organization, execution, and keeping processes running smoothly.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms).
- Availability: Full availability to work the duration of the assignment (11/9/26 – 12/18/26).
- Interest in talent acquisition, the recruiting lifecycle, applicant tracking, and ensuring a high-touch, seamless candidate experience is highly desired.
