As the Finance Director, PureCircle, you will serve as a strategic finance leader and trusted business partner to the PureCircle leadership team. In this highly visible role, you will drive financial performance, strengthen forecasting and business planning, influence strategic decision-making, and help shape the future direction of a global growth business.

Working closely with senior leaders across regions, you will provide financial leadership that goes beyond reporting and controls, translating insights into action and helping the business achieve its growth, profitability, and performance objectives. What You Will Do

• Lead the development of annual operating plans, forecasts, and long-term strategic financial plans.
• Partner with senior business leaders to drive performance, identify growth opportunities, and support key business decisions.
• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations that influence business strategy and profitability.
• Lead performance management processes, including quarterly business reviews, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support business development activities, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives through robust financial evaluation and modelling.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and finance teams to improve profitability, productivity, and business performance.
• Drive financial governance, compliance, controls, and reporting across a complex regional and global business environment.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple regions and functions while acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams.
• Lead, develop, and strengthen finance capabilities to support current business priorities and future growth.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives that enhance business value and operational effectiveness.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business or professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Significant finance leadership experience within multinational organisations preferably in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Food Ingredients, Pharmaceuticals, Specialty Chemicals or similar industry.
• Strong experience in FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business partnering.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with strategic and analytical thinking.
• Experience working across multiple countries, functions, and stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
• Experience presenting financial insights and recommendations to regional, zone, or global senior leadership teams.
• Hands-on leadership style with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with SAP and financial reporting, planning, or business intelligence tools.

Travel Requirements

• Travel to Enstek, Negeri Sembilan approximately once per month or whenever required.
• Travel to China approximately once per quarter or whenever required.
