Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

Assists in receiving incoming shipments of healthcare products and supplies by inspecting deliveries for accuracy, damages, and discrepancies, and reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
Assists in the movement and handling of healthcare products and supplies within the warehouse using manual equipment, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
Monitors and tracks inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock and prevent stockouts.
Supports order fulfillment operations by picking, packing, and preparing healthcare products and supplies for shipment based on customer orders or internal requests.
Maintains product quality and integrity by following proper handling and storage procedures for sensitive or fragile items.
Maintains accurate records and documentation related to inventory transactions, order processing, and any incidents or issues that arise in the warehouse.
Provides excellent customer service by ensuring that orders are accurately processed and fulfilled, promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns related to warehouse operations.
Assists with the training of junior-level staff to promote the development of departmental capabilities.
Develops relationships with all team members to facilitate the resolution of issues and prevent service delays.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior Relevant Work Experience
0-1 year

Essential Qualifications
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
Certified Warehouse Associate (CWA) preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
