Job Description

 

About the Role: 

You will work with multiple stakeholders and teams. Attend required business meetings to understand the campaign objectives, strategy, segmentation, etc..., then build and manage campaigns using foundational data programming tools (Python, SQL, or SAS / SAS CI),  

Making sure campaigns are built and launched without any errors and delays. 

Your role will function as an overlay of existing technical and domain experts and bring value through disciplined campaign execution, customer data management, and solution management skills. 

Responsibilities 

• Be the primary point of contact for assigned pursuits to work with the Marketing team for campaign execution, and solutions that meet the business needs of clients 

• Map business requirements and execute data-driven campaigns utilizing programming foundations in Python, SQL, or SAS / SAS CI 

• Support campaign mapping and cross-platform workflows with a functional understanding of the Zeta platform ecosystem- Not Mandate 

• Explore and leverage basic Generative AI utilities to optimize campaign text production, streamline creative variants, or process audience summaries 

• Work with each Service and Horizontal line (internally) to ensure campaign is executed and launched on-time & error free 

• Proactively reach out to the marketing managers and highlight any process improvement, ideas and build value adds to the process and the team 

## Technical Skills 

• Programming & Data Querying: Foundational knowledge of programming concepts and syntax in at least one key language (Python, SQL, or SAS/SAS CI) to pull, filter, and structure campaign data. 

• Generative AI Literacy: Basic awareness and practical understanding of Gen AI tools for text variation, prompt engineering, or operational assistance. 

• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 

• Zeta Platform Functional Knowledge: Understanding of the Zeta platform framework, including its Email Journey Builder, customer strategy, segmentation, and target delivery systems.- - Not Mandate 

## Banking Industry Knowledge 

• Banking Products and Services: Understanding of banking products and services, including credit cards, loans, and accounts. 

• Customer Communication: Understanding of effective customer communication strategies, including tone, language, and content. 

NOTE: The technological landscape for this portfolio is dynamic. While Python, SQL, SAS, BlueConic, Gen AI, and Zeta form the core frameworks today, new marketing technologies, automated platforms, and advanced AI methodologies are continuously in the pipeline and may be introduced into the execution workflow. Candidates should possess a strong learning agility to adapt to emerging toolsets. 

Qualifications 

Minimum qualifications 

• UG / PG in Statistics, Math or Computer Science 

• Robust campaign execution / analysis experience 

 

Preferred qualifications 

• Practical knowledge of Python, SQL, or SAS / SAS CI data filtering workflows 

• Experience handling tasks independently with strong attention to execution details 

• Familiarity with campaign execution processes alongside exposure to basic Gen AI capabilities
