Role Summary:The (USA) Academy Lead oversees the execution of comprehensive training programs, ensuring alignment with operational standards and business objectives. This role drives associate development through effective coaching, performance management, and facilitation of learning experiences that promote continuous improvement. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing resources, the Academy Lead supports talent growth and operational excellence. What you'll do:
- Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
- Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and coaching for continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective delivery of Academy programs by managing scheduling, materials preparation, facilitator readiness, and program reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and enhance training content, delivery methods, and associate readiness for career advancement.
- Build strong partnerships with facility managers and regional teams to align training goals and address operational concerns.
- Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and operational standards while supporting a positive learning environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)
