Who We Are

At Nature's Touch, you're not just building a career - you're joining a trailblazing team that believes in the power of collaboration, diversity, and continuous learning. Since 2004, we've grown from a small startup into a global leader in private-label frozen food manufacturing. From our roots in Quebec, we've expanded across North America with state-of-the-art facilities and a growing presence in Australia, Taiwan, and Japan - proudly supplying millions of households worldwide. What drives us is simple: a commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability. We're shaping the future of frozen fruit - and we'd love for you to be part of that journey. At Nature's Touch, growth opportunities are everywhere.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, R&D, our Co-Manufacturing Specialist (Pack at Source) will own each co-packed project with our partners in Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa, from the first specification to first production and beyond. A growing share of our fruit is packed by these partners and ships straight to our customers' shelves. One owner means fewer handoffs, faster launches and a clearer picture for everyone. You'll collaborate closely with Procurement, Project Management, Product Development, Artwork Compliance, Regulatory and our plant partners to meet every customer's needs and timelines.

What You'll Do

Co-Packers & Portfolio

  • Develop and onboard new co-packers, assessing their capabilities.
  • Manage our pre-approved packaging portfolio (bag sizes, bags per box), making sure co-packers and our internal plants follow the same standards.
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for our co-packers in Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa.

Data & Specifications

  • Build and maintain complete co-packer records in TraceGains, including ingredient specifications, certifications, and bag, box, pallet and container loading information.
  • Spot data gaps early and close them with our co-packer partners.
  • Initiate product specifications in our internal system and with customers (customer portals, ERP, Excel files or forms) for new customer and new product launch projects: bag, box, product callouts, certifications, Nutrition Facts table, ingredients and romance copy.
  • Review customer artwork hands-on, checking every element against TraceGains data and Nature's Touch guardrails.

Launches & Customers

  • Own each project with our co-manufacturing partners, from operationalization and industrialization through commercialization, first production and ongoing quality monitoring.
  • Manage customers' first-production requirements with the Key Account Manager (KAM), and communicate directly with customers.
  • Drive timelines, and translate co-packer lead times and time-zone realities into clear expectations for customers.
  • Manage our third-party quality monitoring partner at co-packer sites, review findings, and drive issues to resolution.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, food engineering or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in food or CPG, with hands-on packaging experience and an end-to-end understanding of product development and launch, from supplier to first production.
  • Comfort with data systems (ERP, Excel files, forms).
  • AI fluent: comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work.
  • Trilingual in French, English and Spanish, spoken and written. French is the working language at our Montreal office. Spanish is required to work with our co-packers in Latin America, and English is required to work with our co-packers in Asia and Europe, and with our customers in Canada and the US.
  • Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally on occasion.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional work without direct authority.
  • Strong attention to detail, and the drive to follow things through to completion.
  • Comfort working across cultures, teams and time zones.
  • Customer portal experience considered a strong asset.
  • TraceGains or monday.com experience considered an asset.
  • Food labelling and artwork review experience (Canada and US, including Nutrition Facts tables) considered an asset.
  • Private-label experience considered an asset.
