Finding Hope Wellness Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Florida Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing group practice in Lutz, Florida.

This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with couples, families, individuals, and/or children and adolescents and wants the flexibility of private practice while benefiting from an established practice, administrative support, office space, insurance participation, and an existing referral base.

We are especially interested in a clinician with a passion for couples and family therapy, relationship concerns, parenting support, family dynamics, communication difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and other common mental health concerns. Clinicians with additional specialty training are strongly encouraged to apply.

Finding Hope accepts Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare/Optum, in addition to private-pay clients, and we receive ongoing referrals for therapy services.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position utilizing a split compensation model. Finding Hope provides office space, administrative support, established practice systems, and incoming referrals.

Evening and/or weekend availability is strongly preferred, as these are some of our highest-demand appointment times for couples, families, children, and working adults.
