We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Dental Administrator I to join our growing Sundance team!

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is excited about learning the dental industry. We're especially interested in someone who wants to grow beyond traditional administrative responsibilities and develop the knowledge and skills needed to advance into a Treatment Coordinator role.

Position Schedule

• Part-Time: Tuesday–Thursday in Sundance, WY
• Full-Time: Tuesday–Thursday in Sundance, WY, plus one day per week in Belle Fourche, SD

Initial training will take place at our Belle Fourche, SD location to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and a strong foundation in our practice systems, patient care philosophy, and administrative processes. Following initial training, the employee will transition into their regular schedule.

What You'll Do

• Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient communication
• Manage patient check-in and check-out
• Maintain accurate patient records, insurance information, and scheduling details
• Assist with payments and general administrative responsibilities
• Support our clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Learn dental terminology, procedures, treatment options, and practice systems
• Develop an understanding of comprehensive treatment planning, patient education, and financial coordination

• Previous customer service, administrative, or dental experience is preferred, but not required
