Over 8–12 weeks, you’ll be embedded in project teams alongside planners, engineers, and landscape architects, contributing to public realm and active transportation projects from day one. You’ll take part in every phase of design, from stakeholder outreach and workshops to construction documents and administration, while attending key project meetings and site visits. Along the way, you’ll build skills in analysis, 2D/3D modeling, and illustrative graphics using tools like AutoCAD, MicroStation, the Adobe Suite, ArcMap, and QGIS. You’ll also have access to company-wide trainings and career mentorship from leaders in the field.
