Estimating Sales Specialist (Inside Sales)

dakBUILT builds and installs commercial millwork and cabinetry for hospitality, multifamily, and commercial projects nationwide. We've been building since 1974. We're growing, and we need someone to keep our bid calendar full and make sure every win is handled right.

What you'll do

• Manage relationships with our clients and build new ones.
• Call general contractors to find out who is bidding our projects, get us on their bid lists, and get our bids to the right people.
• Follow up on every open bid. Every follow-up is a sales call.
• Ask every GC what else we can bid for them.
• Work side by side with our estimator to get quality bids out the door.
• Manage opportunities in our ERP system (Innergy), from first contact to project handoff.
• Reconcile awarded bids to contracts so the numbers match and nothing gets missed.
• Prep projects for our project management team and join handoff meetings.

What you bring

• Strong computer skills.
• You like talking with people and you're comfortable on the phone all day.
• You want to win.
• You own the details.
• Construction experience is a big plus. Reading plans is a plus. Millwork experience is a bonus.

What you get

• $50K–$55K base plus uncapped commission on the work you generate. Target earnings $75K+.
• Hybrid schedule after a 30-day on-site training period.
