Senior Flutter Software Engineer

About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Flutter Software Engineer to join a product-focused team building modern mobile applications used by a large international customer base.You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform solutions, collaborating with engineers, product managers, designers, and QA professionals in an agile environment.This is an opportunity to work on complex mobile products, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape engineering best practices across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable software components.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions and architecture decisions.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
• Perform code reviews and support engineering quality initiatives.
• Optimize application performance, stability, and user experience.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dart and the Flutter ecosystem.
• Experience delivering production-grade applications for both iOS and Android.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Bloc, Cubit, Provider, or Riverpod.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
• Strong understanding of mobile application lifecycle and release processes.
• Experience with automated testing and quality assurance practices.
• Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating Flutter into existing native mobile applications.
• Knowledge of native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development.
• Experience with Firebase services.
• Experience building modular or component-based mobile applications.
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Experience with AWS cloud platform
• Experience working on consumer-facing digital products at scale.
