Responsibilities

• Promote and actively sell credit card products and consumer banking services to prospective customers through various acquisition channels.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall performance of the consumer banking group.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries professionally and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Participate in roadshows, promotional events, and marketing campaigns to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Adhere strictly to the bank’s internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines during all sales transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to sales.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A diploma or degree in any discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
