What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Marketing Governance team, setting strategic goals and providing guidance and mentorship to team members to develop and monitor processes that comply with legal regulations, CRA practices, brand guidelines, and internal risk policies.
- Oversee a QA/Compliance metrics program to provide transparency into process health and efficiency.
- Evaluate marketing strategies, claims, and disclosures for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, CRA, Legal, and Enterprise Risk Management teams to identify risks early, ensure effective controls, and move campaigns forward efficiently, equitably, and in compliance.
- Provide actionable recommendations that support business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Manage and participate in risk and control assessments, issue management and remediation activities, and marketing-related audits.
- Manage policy and procedure documentation.
- Stay current on federal and state regulatory updates that impact marketing, advertising, communications, and financial products.
- Assess the impact of regulatory changes and manage updates to marketing practices, processes, and controls.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services marketing, legal, regulatory, marketing compliance, or a related field.
- Experience reviewing marketing materials, advertising content, disclosures and customer-facing communications required.
- Experience with RCSA and CRA governance preferred.
- Working knowledge of financial services advertising requirements, consumer protection principles and digital marketing compliance considerations.
- Demonstrated experience in leading people, talent development, team building and contributing to an overall growth culture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong research, analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and prioritize appropriately.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $ 98,000- $132,000.00 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
