KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage manufacturing process and supplier quality to ensure compliance with quality standards
· Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities
· Conduct process and supplier audits, quality evaluations, and reliability verification
· Analyze quality issues and manage corrective and preventive actions
· Lead supplier quality improvement activities and monitor supplier performance
· Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues
· Individual contributor responsible for independently managing assigned quality activities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications)

· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
· 3 to 8 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field
· Experience in manufacturing and supplier quality management is preferred
· Experience with IATF requirements and supplier audits is preferred
· Basic English communication skills
