Carnegie Park Post Acute is a 180-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility at 1848 Greentree Road in Pittsburgh, right on a bus line for an easy commute. Your Day-to-Day
As a charge nurse, you'll provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of our CNAs. You'll work under the supervision of our Director of Nursing to make sure care meets current state, federal, and local standards. You'll lead on the floor alongside a strong clinical team and a long-tenured rehab team who work as one.

What You'll Need

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain all required continuing education and licensing, and to remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred
