As an Order Management Specialist in San José, Costa Rica, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders across our global business. Acting as a key link between customers, sales, supply chain, logistics, and operations teams, you will help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time. Essential Job Functions:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through internal systems.
Serve as a primary contact for customers regarding order status, shipments, and general inquiries.
Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to support timely order fulfillment.
Monitor orders and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to customers and internal stakeholders.
Support the resolution of order discrepancies, delivery issues, returns, and customer claims.
Maintain accurate customer and order information within ERP and customer service systems.
Assist with reporting activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
0–4 years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, logistics, or a similar administrative or customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Fluent English and Spanish language skills, both written and verbal.
Eagerness to learn, adapt to change, and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
