We serve more than 4,000 seniors across our San Fernando Valley campuses, delivering personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs, from independent living to specialized healthcare programs.
The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance services across multiple campuses.
- Available 24/7 for emergency response.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance.
- Strong customer service skills with a compassionate approach towards elderly residents.
- Experience in senior living or assisted living environments is a plus.
- Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with NFPA, OSHA codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical sheets/manuals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to speak and write in English.
- Flexible and adaptable work schedule.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
