POSITION SUMMARY:

The Part-Time Sales Assistant is to serve our customers by introducing our merchandisers and closing a sales consequently. The position is responsible for providing excellent customer services in time when customers come to the shopping mall and our operating retail stores and kiosks, also to fulfil and support all Retail marketing promotion related program, redemption, complimentary and other tasks as set by management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maximize sales volume to achieve targets set by the company
• Provide excellent customer services & build a good relationship with customers
• Demonstrate a strong sense of selling skills
• Maintain in-shop display image according to Visual Merchandise guidelines
• Develop strong product knowledge across assigned department
• Participate in inventory and stock management
• Accurately handle cashier register machine
• Act as a Brand Ambassador while providing excellent customer services to customers
• Understand guests' needs, help guests with questions and provide information about the shopping mall
• Assist in handling guest complaints and suggestions and report to supervisor in a timely manner
• Deliver immediate marketing related services to customers and execute all mall related promotions
• Ensure and maintain a high accuracy data input to GEMS
• Assist with points settlements procedures

• Implement the proper steps on handling customers such as greeting, draw attention, closing a sales etc.

• Tidiness and appearance

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

• Minimum 1 year' relevant experience, preferably with sales background / customer services field

Education

• Form 5 or above

• Pleasant and outgoing personality, strong team work and service mindset.
• Cheerful, self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
• Hardworking and able to take on new challenges
• Excellent in customer service and communication skills
• Fluent Cantonese, good command of Mandarin and English
