Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Estimator to support the estimation and cost planning process for construction projects. The role involves reviewing tender documents, performing quantity take-offs, obtaining supplier quotes, and assisting with valuations and project documentation.

What You'll Do:

• Review tender drawings and specifications to define project scope

• Perform quantity take-offs and update cost spreadsheets

• Send and follow up on enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors

• Compare and validate quotes, ensuring competitive pricing

• Maintain and update schedules of rates and tender logs

• Liaise with contractors and consultants for clarifications

• Prepare RFIs, technical submittals, and support value engineering

• Assist in preparing valuations, subcontractor assessments, and O&M manuals

• Produce as-built drawings, risk assessments, and method statements

• Ensure all documents and drawings are current and accurate

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)

• Experience in a similar estimating or QS support role is an advantage

• Proven experience in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering is required

• Strong analytical, numerical, and attention to detail skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with tendering software or tools

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively within a team

• Knowledge of construction drawings and documentation standards
