As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity
In this role you will:
Review and screen CVs against role requirements
Conduct initial phone or video pre-screen interviews to assess candidate suitability, motivation and communication skills
Coordinate interviews across multiple APAC time zones, including scheduling with candidates, hiring managers and interview panels
Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge
Work in partnership with the talent acquisition partners to focus on quality candidate selection - from sourcing and screening to short lists and interviews
Cultivate a diverse range of local and international candidates with creative use of recruitment channels and tools
Apply your strong attention to detail to maintaining dashboards and recruitment system data
We would love to hear from you if you:
Have prior experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, ideally at least 2-3 years in a similar role
Enjoy partnering with hiring teams to understand business needs, manage expectations, and hire quality candidates
Have excellent experience working within LinkedIn recruiter and ATS systems
Are highly organised, detail oriented and quality focused
- Are able to build effective working relationships across different countries, cultures and time zones
Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment
Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
