Senior Associate – Estate Agency (Sales)
Salary: £25,000 basic | OTE £42,000+
Reporting to: Assistant Manager / Branch Manager
The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to play a key role in a high-performing estate agency team.
This is a results-driven, client-facing role where you’ll be responsible for winning business, conducting valuations, negotiating deals, and delivering exceptional customer service across both sales and lettings.
You’ll also support junior team members, helping to drive overall branch performance while building your own pipeline and earnings.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Proactively generate new business through canvassing, referrals, and networking
- Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, landlords, and buyers
- Negotiate offers and progress deals through to completion
- Maintain and grow a database of active buyers and applicants
- Identify and maximise cross-selling opportunities (mortgages, conveyancing, lettings)
- Stay up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
Pipeline & Deal Management
- Manage property listings, viewings, and negotiations end-to-end
- Match buyers to suitable properties and drive viewing activity
- Ensure all opportunities are followed up and maximised
Team Support & Mentoring
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Lead by example in activity levels, customer service, and results
- Assist in driving team targets and overall branch performance
Customer Experience
- Deliver a consistently high level of service to all clients
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure all transactions meet regulatory and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records and property listings
- Follow internal processes including marketing and listing approvals
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Support marketing activity across digital, social media, and local campaigns
- Assist with property launches, events, and community engagement
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate leads
About You
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in estate agency
- Proven track record of hitting targets and winning business
- Strong valuation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Good understanding of the property market and sales process
