- 7+ years developing governance frameworks, executive reporting processes, portfolio management disciplines, and service management alignment practices
- 7+ years building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
Required Skills
- Executive stakeholder engagement, communication, and influence
- Portfolio, program, risk, issue, and dependency management in complex environments
- Technology governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management within financial services
- Executive-level reporting, facilitation, and cross-functional coordination
- Leadership of multiple concurrent technology initiatives while maintaining delivery discipline and transparency
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- You should also be comfortable leading through change, balancing competing priorities, and driving accountability across diverse stakeholder groups.
What sets you apart
You don’t need to check every box, but here’s what will help you thrive in this role:
- MBA or equivalent advanced business education
- 7+ years experience supporting system conversions, mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale technology integrations
- 5+ years management experience, with at least 1 year at the Director level
- PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Prosci, or similar professional certifications
- Deep experience aligning technology delivery, IT service management, and organizational change practices
What you’ll get
