Job Purpose:

• Finance expert, knowledgeable in workflows, processes, reports and dashboards.
• Collaboratively work in the preparation and review of the Company's financial plan, forecast and other financial reports for submission to local management and Group Office (GO).
• Prepare and perform reconciliation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports which includes P&L, Balance Sheet, and other Key Metrics reporting under MI.
• Ensure timely input of financial data (e.g. Sales KPI, Actuarial Inputs and other key financial metrics) in the Finance Management System (FMS) and validate in terms of accuracy and completeness.
• Proactively improve the current controls and processes through productivity initiatives.
• Collect and analyze information from stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, concise requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity.
• Work with various stakeholders, including business users and managers, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Internal and External parties.
• Maintenance of FMT technical tools, Finance Sandbox, FMS Workflow, Bank Recon, Financial BI, VBA automation tools

Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s degree

Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in finance/accounting/management reporting/data analysis
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Excel Formulas
• Hands-on experience with SQL scripting and VBA
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other tools used in reporting
• Experience in working collaboratively on projects with various department / functions
• Familiarity with BI tools (such as Microsoft Power BI / Tableau)
