Overview
The key responsibility of the Sales Management & Support for Business & Corporate Banking is to provide office administrative, business & marketing support to Regional Head / Segment Head. This role will be reporting to Regional Head / Segment Head.
Responsibilities
Reporting & Data Management:
Prepare and submit loan projection and pipeline.
Revise figures in the TL Schedule Repayment for the monthly Loan Projection (Loan Growth) report.
Ensure year-to-date loan projections align with Regional Head/Segment Head directives.
Generate and maintain various monthly reports, including Compliance Breach Reporting (CBR), leads, and different operational reports.
Prepare quarterly reports like RCSA and BNM Return on Bank's Exposure.
Compile half-yearly reports such as KRA, Call Tree, and Contact Directory.
Handle yearly reports including QSBM Forecast and Annual HLB Integrated BCP Exercise.
Administration & Regional Support:
Manage claims, leave schedules, and yearly fixed asset and CAPEX exercises.
Fulfill additional administrative tasks as required by management.
Communication & Ad Hoc Tasks:
Remind the team about report submission deadlines and track their completion.
Create ad hoc reports requested by headquarters or the Regional Head/Segment Head.
Complete other regional tasks assigned by the Regional Head/Segment on an as-needed basis.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
Diploma / Degree in Business/ Finance Administration/ Accounting or equivalent
Experience in banking with administration or credit is a plus
Fluency in oral and written English language is essential while good command of Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Computer literate with good working knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
