The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping patients achieve their best oral health while contributing to a supportive, collaborative workplace culture.What Makes Our Practice Different:Woman-owned and led by an experienced team of female dental professionalsStrong focus on patient comfort, communication, and individualized careWarm, supportive, team-oriented environmentEmphasis on quality care over volumeOpportunity to build meaningful, long-term patient relationshipsKey Responsibilities:Obtain and review medical and dental history and/or records from patient, review care slips and ensure health history is updated for all returning patients.Perform assessments and document patient care accuratelyPerform clinical procedures, including digital xrays, oral cancer screenings, wellness scans, oral prophylaxis, gingival scaling, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, hygiene laser procedures, sealants and fluoride. Educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene, as well as instructions and demonstrations of effective oral hygiene methodsEducate patients on oral-systemic health connection, prevention, and lifestyle habitsCollaborate closely with dentist and team members to deliver exceptional patient experiencesHelp maintain a welcoming, calming atmosphere for patientsQualifications:Current Arizona Dental Hygienist licenseLocal anesthesia license. Current CPR certification and hepatitis B immunization1+ years of prior hands-on Hygienist experience is highly preferredKnowledge of Dentrix softwareExperience with or willingness to learn laser-assisted hygiene proceduresExperience with or willingness to learn digital scanning/intraoral scanning technologyStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesExcellent clinical and communication skillsCompassionate, patient-centered approachAbility to work independently as well as part of a collaborative teamSchedule:Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMWednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMThursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMCompensation:$48–$51/hour, based on experienceWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly compensationMonthly production based bonus and incentivesSupportive and positive team environmentModern dental office with up-to-date technologyOpportunity for professional growthFlexible consideration for full-time or part-time schedulesBenefits:Employee discountPaid time offPaid holidays401K and 401K matchingIf you're passionate about making patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smiles, we'd love to hear from you.
