We're seeking a friendly and organized individual to serve as the first point of contact for our Branch Office in Twin Falls. As a Receptionist/Clerk, you'll provide top-notch customer service to clients, landlords, and partner agencies, while supporting our Rental Assistance team with administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to program inquiries, and refer calls as needed
  • Process and distribute incoming mail, and maintain accurate and up-to-date files
  • Assist the public with completing pre-applications, scheduling appointments, and uploading documents
  • Update system information and perform data entry tasks to support Rental Assistance team
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to Housing Specialists and Inspectors
  • Prepare and review rental assistance documentation, including RFTA forms and leases
  • Manage and process tenant payments, ensuring accurate receipting and posting
  • Other job duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient typing skills, with a preferred speed of 65 words per minute
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong ability to schedule, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
