- Performing service and maintenance work at customer sites across Europe.
- Performing commissioning activities at customer premises.
- Providing remote maintenance and telephone support to customers.
- Training customers on installed systems.
- Assisting in the creation of technical training materials.
- Supporting acceptance tests and trials on the heat pump test bench.
- Supporting production during the construction of heat pumps.
- Assisting in the ongoing development and improvement of products.
- Completed training in refrigeration technology, mechatronics, or a similar technical field.
- Fluent English and good German language skills.
- Valid Class B driver’s license.
- Strong motivation to learn and continuously develop technical skills.
- Solution-oriented, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Desire to make a real impact through your work.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time throughout Europe.
- Refrigeration systems certification (or willingness to obtain it; training of up to 4 weeks is fully funded).
- Previous service or commissioning experience in industrial environments.
- Experience working with large customers (e.g. global industrial groups) as well as smaller specialized companies.
