## Tasks

**What You’ll Work On**

• **Application Development:** Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications.
• **Backend & APIs:** Build scalable backend services, robust APIs, and seamless integrations.
• **Frontend UX:** Develop highly responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly frontend experiences.
• **Architecture:** Work on microservice-based, distributed architectures and integrate third-party platforms, cloud services, and external APIs.
• **DevOps & Cloud:** Contribute to automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native environments.
• **Optimization:** Optimize applications for maximum scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• **Collaboration:** Partner closely with Product, Design, DevOps, Data, and Business teams while participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• **Innovation:** Work on both greenfield products and existing production systems, including AI-enabled, data-driven, or automation-focused platforms where applicable.

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For**

• **Experience:** 3+ years of professional software development experience (Senior opportunities are also available).
• **Frontend Skills:** Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as **React, Next.js, Angular**, or similar.
• **Backend Skills:** Experience with backend technologies such as **Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, PHP**, or similar, alongside solid backend engineering fundamentals.
• **System Design:** Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and scalable system design.
• **Data & Tools:** Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, Git, and collaborative development workflows.
• **Cloud & Infrastructure:** Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and CI/CD workflows.
• **Security:** Solid understanding of authentication and authorization concepts (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• **Soft Skills:** Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical thinking skills. Good communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional, international teams and an ownership mindset.

**Nice to Have:**

• Experience with cloud providers (**AWS, Azure, or GCP**).
• Exposure to event-driven systems and tools such as **Kafka or RabbitMQ**.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
• Experience with **AI/LLM integrations**, automation systems, or agent-based workflows.
• Experience in domains such as Fintech, E-commerce, SaaS, Data Platforms, or Enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of testing practices, performance optimization, and software craftsmanship principles.
