- Build and manage relationships with carrier partners across the country
- Negotiate rates and secure capacity to ensure on-time, cost-effective freight movement
- Track and trace shipments, proactively resolving service issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers
- Leverage AI and automation tools to efficiently source and book freight, freeing you up to focus on strategy and relationship-building
