Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (3+ Years Experience)

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and a strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications and deploying them seamlessly using modern development and delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
• Develop user-facing features using React.js and ensure cross-platform optimization.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automatic testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and other development teams to streamline development workflows.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack.
• proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript (optional but preferred).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (preferred), or container-based deployment environments.
• Strong understanding of Git, version control, and branching strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Next.js, or other modern JS frameworks.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
