Provide technical expertise and guidance on HVAC systems, equipment, and operations

Develop and implement HVAC maintenance strategies, procedures, and standards

Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues, and provide recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and project teams on HVAC-related projects and initiatives

Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and best practices in HVAC

Key Result Areas (KRAs):T

Technical Expertise

Provide accurate and timely technical guidance on HVAC systems and equipment

Develop and maintain HVAC technical documentation and standards

Maintenance and Operations

Ensure HVAC systems are maintained and operated efficiently and effectively Identify and implement opportunities for energy savings and cost reduction

Project Delivery

Support HVAC-related projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery

Collaborate with project teams to ensure HVAC systems meet client requirements

Training and Development Develop and deliver HVAC training programs for team members

Mentor and coach team members on HVAC technical skills and best practices

Compliance and Regulatory

Ensure HVAC systems and operations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
