HealthPlus Staffing is proud to assist one of our preferred clients in their search for a Director of Nursing to join their team full-time in the Providence, RI area. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage nursing staff in a federally qualified health center.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, patients, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in Nursing or a related field.
- Current Rhode Island Registered Nurse licensure (or eligibility).
- At least 3 years of primary care experience as an RN in an ambulatory care setting.
- Strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive nurse management experience in a federally qualified health center.
- Master’s in Public Health (MPH).
